As a fun finale to close the 150th Anniversary celebrations, today we have launched the ‘150 Bucket List’ - a diverse range of challenging and enjoyable tasks for each student to complete during their time at St Mary’s Calne.

Our Computer Services Department have used MS Power Apps to develop a ‘Bucket List’ app that the students can use to access and record the completion of tasks via any device (handheld or desktop).

There are over 180 tasks detailed across six subject areas, including School Life, Companies and Academic. The girls can choose the 150 tasks which are most appealling or are of the greatest relevance to them, making fun memories along the way!

Tasks range from enjoying an ice cream in Bude, to dancing at the Lily Ball, learning languages, tending to a plant, or taking part in the Company Shout!

On completion of 25 tasks (and multiples thereof) the students will receive a ‘sweet treat’ reward from the School Shop.

When a student finishes their full set of 150 Bucket List items, they will receive a final reward for their efforts!

Students can access the app through Teams, located within the ‘St Mary’s’ Team, where it is a tab across the top of the General channel.

We do hope all our students will have a fun time completing their personal ‘Bucket List’!
