The Calne Foundation Trust supports current and future generations of pupils at St Mary’s Calne and St Margaret’s Preparatory School.
Established in 2012, the Trust helps secure the schools’ long-term future by funding improvements to facilities, scholarships and bursaries, and other educational programmes. With the generosity of our community, we can give more young people the opportunity to flourish and help both schools realise their ambitions for generations to come.

I am extremely honoured to be the first Patron of the Calne Foundation Trust.
The Lansdowne family has enjoyed a long association with both St Mary’s and St Margaret’s. From the schools’ move to their present sites to my husband’s time as a Governor and more recently, our connection through pupils at both schools. This relationship has continued across generations.
It gives me great pleasure to maintain that link with the past while working with the Foundation to help secure an even brighter future for both schools.
