On Tuesday, the Senior Tennis Teams travelled to Eton College for their first mixed matches of the season. The mixed doubles format was enjoyed by all, with some very close matches being played.
The afternoon consisted of three full sets with lots of social chat on and off the court. The standard of play was excellent and the teams demonstrated some fast and furious serves, strong groundstrokes and well-timed volleys. Dream team partners, Lucy and Jeremy and Amber and Hector, played some superb tennis, winning all three matches.
Most importantly, the afternoon was a chance for the teams to experience playing mixed sport at the highest level.
A big thank you to Eton College for hosting us.
Miss Ceri Tamplin
Director of Sport
