THE LIME KILN GARDEN

Gardens are so important to our health and wellbeing. Studies undertaken by Natural England show the life-enhancing benefits of being in nature: increasing attention capacity, creativity, and our ability to connect with other people as well as improving educational outcomes. No matter who you are, a stroll through a beautiful natural environment can have many positives for mental and physical health.

As part of the Shaping the Future programme, we have created a new garden at the heart of the campus. Designed and project-managed by parent and Garden Designer, Sally Harley-Martin, this garden has transformed our environment, creating social spaces and quiet places, places to play or learn and places to just be; some in sunshine, some in shade.

Thank you to those who have helped with the funding of this phase.
