150th Anniversary Whole School Picnic 
at Bowood House & Gardens
on Sunday 25th June 2023 at 2pm

Itinerary:

1:00 pm on                   Coaches depart St Mary’s Calne (there will be two coach runs - exact timings tbc nearer the day)

1.15 pm - 2:00 pm        Arrive Bowood – students/staff make way to picnic site 

2:00 pm - 3.00 pm        Scenic walk around Bowood

3.00 pm - 4.00 pm        Picnic Tea

4:00 pm - 4.20 pm        Informal outdoor service led by our Chaplain, Father Jonathan

4.30 pm - 5.00 pm        Depart Bowood by coach (again, two coach runs on return journey to school)

A picnic will be provided for you, so do let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

If you don’t require coach transport and would like to travel in your own vehicle, please let us know.

Please bring with you a filled water bottle (we will have a water station at the site), a picnic rug/blanket and anything else you might usually bring to a picnic (bearing in mind it is a circa 10-minute walk from the car park to the picnic site)!

Sadly, only assistance dogs are permitted within the grounds of Bowood.
